- Language I love: in preparation for an upcoming presentation a teammate asked to meet with me prior to “calibrate”. I hadn’t heard the term used in this way before and it gave me a new appreciation for the shared desire for excellence we have in our work.
- Be Visionary: A leader’s vision will tell them what they are NOT going to do as much as what they ARE going to do. Vision clarity gives a leader clear boundaries and momentum for decision-making.
